How the process works

Step 1

System assessment

We check radiator performance, boiler behaviour, and water samples to confirm sludge is the issue.

Step 2

Machine connection

Our power flush unit connects to your system at the optimum point—often via the pump or a radiator circuit.

Step 3

Chemical flush

High-velocity flow plus specialist chemicals break down magnetite and scale throughout the pipework.

Step 4

Inhibitor & protection

Fresh water is treated with inhibitor to slow future corrosion. We recommend a magnetic filter where appropriate.

Proof on every job

Don't take our word for it

Every flush comes with before and after thermal images of every radiator, emailed to you in a PDF report on completion. You can actually see the cold, sludge-blocked areas turn to even, full-panel heat once the system is cleaned.

  • Before & after thermal scans of your radiators, captured on the day.

  • A full PDF report with your images, emailed to you on completion of the flush.

Also protect your system long-term

After a flush, a magnetic boiler filter catches rust before it reaches your boiler. We install Adey, Fernox, and BoilerMag units across NI.

Power flush FAQs

A power flush uses a high-flow pump and specialist chemicals to circulate water through your entire heating system at velocity, dislodging magnetite sludge, rust, and scale from radiators and pipework before safely disposing of the contaminated water.
